Morning Session
Monday – Friday (9:00 – 14:00pm)
The morning session b gives children who are not in school an alternative place to go to during school hours.
Alternative learning options to alternative school and be arranged between, parents and the Local Authority which will allow the young person to be taught at the Activity Centre.
Price does not include transport, which is charged separately. Children are provided with healthy snacks and a cooked lunch.

We provide high quality kids servicesThe Vine Kidz is an Ofsted registered provision that operates under the umbrella of TVRS- Group, offering a variety of short breaks services to suit your budget. Utilising our fully trained staff the services are specifically designed to provide support and assistance
to children and young people with additional needs and their families who live in Barking and Dagenham.
• Our services offer young people the opportunity to play and engage in physical and creative activities which are age appropriate.
• The Vine Kidz enables your child to gain in confidence and develop social skills with their peers.
• All services can be funded by your local authority allocation, personal budget or self-funded.
Our commitment to advancing the education, training and support of children, young people, parents and carers, underpins the support and assistance we provide to families living in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and the neighbouring areas.
Services Available for Families
TVRS Cares currently provides community-based short breaks day provision and family support services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
The Vine Kidz short breaks provision is Ofsted registered and approved by Barking and Dagenham local authority. We deliver day service, after school and weekend sessions, as well as holiday time activities. Our services are tailored specifically for children and young people aged 8 - 18 years, with additional needs.
After-School Club
Monday – Friday (15:00 – 18:00)
Our after-school club offers children a safe, relaxed environment to unwind from their busy school days and prepare for their evening at home.
They are fed a nourishing snack, in line with their cultural and dietary needs.
Price does not include transport, which is charged separately. School must be within London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, although neighbouring boroughs may be considered.
Weekend Club (Saturday)
Saturdays (11:00 – 17:00)
The weekend club offers children a safe, fun and stimulating environment. It provides a break from day-to-day home life or environment, a chance to interact and engage with others, make friends, get involved with fun and educational excursions and in-house activities.
Transport is not available.
A mid-morning snack, cooked lunch and afternoon snack is served. Cold drinks and hot drinks, fresh juices, water, and fruit are available. We will respond to cultural and dietary needs.
Onsite activities – working in partnership with families we respond to individual needs offering educational, therapeutic, cultural and recreational activities.
Offsite excursions – examples include trips to the seaside, picnics, parks, museums, child friendly exhibitions, animal farms and shelters and access to local leisure facilities.
Holiday Club
Saturdays (11:00 – 17:00)
Our holiday club offers children an exciting, safe break away from school and their home environments. Holiday club offers an interactive and engaging opportunity.
Our aim is to support children to develop personally, socially, emotionally and physically; to make friends and take part in fun excursions and activities. Transport is not available.
